Heading – Color Settings removed

    Looks like the recent 1.17.1 update removed the ability to change the Color Settings for Headings. I really liked this CoBlocks feature; it was one reason that I used it instead of similar plugins.

    Will color options for Headings be added back in? Is there a way to modify functions.php or something else so that the feature can be activated again?
    Or is it still there and I am totally missing it?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @nncbei117,

    You are correct that heading color was a feature removed from CoBlocks. The reason for the change is that core WordPress is implementing the same feature to the heading block in version 5.3 of WordPress. The release date is scheduled to be today (11/12/19). Once you update your WordPress version to the latest version you will have those controls back.

    At the time of writing this response, 5.3 is not yet released. Hopefully sometime today it will be officially released. Hope this helps.
