Heading Bar settings?

  • Hello!

    I have some writers that cant seem to get access to the paragraph and heading settings on the post page.

    The bar that has like spell check and indent, etc, only has one row of tools, and not the second.

    I have looked all over and I just cant seem to figure out why they can not use it.

    I have tried changing their role to admin, but it doesnt seem to work.

    Any ideas?
