Headers with build plug-ins

Hi Everyone,
Thanks in advance for you help.
I have been tasked to change the phone number on the header of the site.
I have been unable to determine where this header is really located for me to change the phone number.
I have looked in the Appereance – header, I didn’t see anything. I have gone through everypage, and went into editor to see if it was in there.
Once I look at the source of the page in Chrome or Firefox I see it is a tel:xxx-xxx-xxxx
but for the life of me I can’t find it to change it.
Any help would be appreciated.The original creator used Termasolar theme with WPBakery

I went into Appearance-Editor and looked at header.php and every page there and nothing. But you said “I imagine your ‘WPBakery’ editor can do that for you.” I am not sure what you mean by that. Does not seem WPBakery allows me to edit a header.php file. I even downloaded header.php wondering if I caould see more there, nothing. I have gone through every page and every editable element of WPBakery, nothing. The phone number is a link set up as a <a href= I cant find it anywhere I can see it when I look at the page source. But find it to edit it, have not been able to find it.
