    Hey James, this is an awesome lightweight plugin ??

    Unfortunately, the “headers” parameter doesn’t work. I tried to to include just “h3,h4,h5,h6” but h1 and h2 still show up in the toc.

    Thanks,
    Jan

  • Agreed, this is a nice plugin, but header parameter does not work at all, it will pull in every header in the specified container into the table of content.

    For others with this problem, a temporary fix could be to add the following CSS to remove h1:
    .shortcode-toc ul li a{ visibility: hidden;}
    .shortcode-toc ul li ul li a {visibility: visible;}

    this is a great plugin! I like how I can include TOC just on the page I want to use it.

    However, I have the same issue, header parameter don’t seem to work.

    Same problem here…the plugin is useless without this option.
