headers not inserted

    2016 theme

    it appears none of the enabled headers are being inserted – for example i enabled X-XSS-Protection 1; mode=block, however the header is listed in the “Missing headers” area and i’m not seeing it in the Firefox developer tools > headers

    i’m using the LiteSpeed cache plugin, however i purged all cache and disabled the plug for testing
