Headers and opt ins – Dreamweaver ?

  • Im new at wordpress… I am not a desinger, but I can manage all the designers software.

    Ive made my own sites on Dreamweaver some years ago, so I am wondering if I myself can make a HEADER with an AWEABER OPTIN with the help of dreamweaver to generate the code.

    IF SO: where do I past the code?

    I asume the image of the header has to have a link to the same image in my WP gallery right?
