header/footer margins help

    I want to have the headers and footers extend across the page with no white space left and right. How can I do this? I already tried changing different margin/padding values and there was no effect.

    Thats a feature built into the Pro plugin which extends HeatMap AdAptive.
    It adds a tick box ‘Layout > Full Width Navigation Background’ which extends the nav background across the full screen width (just like on heatmaptheme.com itself or also similar to the design of www.remarpro.com).

    Is there a way to edit it in the style sheet? Or is this restricted to the pro upgrade?

    Also on your website for the Full Width Navigation Bar background option, it is checked on both the basic and pro versions.

    Theme Width css is output into theme html in the heatmapthemead_print_max_width() function found in /inc/theme-options.php.
    The header and footer width setting code can be found in there.
