Header with number on right, with menu bar below header.

Hi guys,

I need to get a header to have the logo on the left while having the contact number on the right. I also want to have the menu bar below the header in a different colour. I was wondering if this is possible in WordPress?

If so, What do I need to do to achieve this? If there’s a theme you could recommend that can produce this, That would be great too.
