Header with 2 rows

    Hi,

    I’d like to have a header with 2 rows as in this site (https://www.ville.laprairie.qc.ca/)

    The reason for this is I want a link(label) to my shopping cart to be above the main navigation menu in the top right hand corner.

    Is this possible?
