Header warning when performing a seacrh

  • I have just installed the free version on my website and when I hit search I get this warning:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/hillaryharris/public_html/wp-content/themes/bridge/page.php:31) in /home/hillaryharris/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174

    This plugin looks like what I need and I expect the Pro version will offer even more flexibility, however before I pay for Pro I want to make sure it will work on my site at all. Can you help? Domain is: https://new.nsalis.com/legal-information-database/

    Same problem here.

    I am using the Search & Filter plugin to organize content by category. On the desktop version of my site, the filtering function works fine. On my mobile site with WPTouch, I am getting this error when I try to filter:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/ncsce/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/themes/bauhaus/default/page.php:8) in /home/ncsce/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174
