  • Hi @digamberpradhan,

Is there any specific steps to replicate this issue so we can try it on our end?

In the meantime, please check if there’s a plugin that causes this. You can do that by deactivating all of the plugins. If it fixes the issue then you can reactivate them one by one until you notice the issue comes up. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @bsfherman ,

Unfortunately i can’t track down anything specific. I was simply refreshing the website and the that error came up. When i checked the code – instead of an array – it was coming up as a string “array”. Had to reset header and footer settings to get it fixed.

So the $row_grids was being returned as a string “array”.

I tried deactivating all plugins too – nothing changed.

Currently got the site to work but was a worrying development.
If the situation occurs again I will let you know.

    Hi @digamberpradhan,

    Thank you for the update.

Yes, please let us know when you face the same issue again. You might consider reaching out to us thru our Support Portal where we reply faster than on this forum.

    Kind regards,
