Header top banner homepage

Hi!

I try to insert a banner between the menu and the slider on the homepage, but I can not figure it out how to do it. I try to insert it in the header.php and using Ad Inserter – insert after html (i have selected the top menu – header#masthead > div:eq(1) ). I tried to insert before html (i have selected the slider – div#agama_slider > div:eq(0) > div:eq(3) > div > div:eq(0) > div > div )

Inside the articles it works when I try to insert a banner between the menu and the article title. Exemple: https://danielabojinca.ro/simplu-si-gustos-mic-dejun/ (i have selected before html element, the article title – section#page-title).

How can I do it?
