Hi just referring to an earlier thread which i’ll paste here –

it’s more or less all that is showing up is ‘untitled document’ even though I have filled out all the boxes in the seo wordpress plugin – by yoast.

When you look at your site, do you see the twentytwelve theme active on the site? I don’t.

So in the Cpanel, change the name on the plugins folder to “pluginsHOLD” – that WILL deactivate them.

Im in my arvixe cpanel – in the files and I found the plugin folder but it won’t let me change the plugin folder name.

That’s weird – both that you could not change that folder name and that it’s now evidently down. Did the plugins folder name change? Try changing it back to regular.

no I didn’t change the folder name because when I tried to highlight it to type it in it just wouldn’t allow me to type into it.

Might be permissions, but I think you should ask Arvixe for help.

But when you changed the theme – was twentytwelve visible to you on the front end of your site?

The site is back up – no idea why but it’s all good, i managed to change the plugin folder name to pluginHOLD

should I change the theme flex to flexHOLD too?

the sites dashboard is still registering Flex as active

YAY – and the problem is gone. So now switch to your theme and see if the problem reoccurs.

yes finally switched back. do you know where I had to go to be changing the themes as the activate theme choice didn’t work. i had to go to appearance… weird.

but anyway it’s back on – flex – and the problem is back

So then it’s a theme problem – you could try reinstalling the theme, but beyond that you’re going to have to persist with the theme developer ?? . We don’t have access to commercial themes, so really have no way to help with them, sorry.

It looks like that theme has not been updated in more than 2 years? That might well be related…

gosh i just can’t change now – all the work i have just done for the last 3 months and now I have launched my series….

did you mention you thought there was a header.php error ? is that what this code you pasted was?
