header title dissapear after changing permalinks

  • hello there
    after I change the permalink from the default custom to month and name tape I lost the title name in my header. I have tried to take it back to the original but I get a page not found.
    any idea of what I have done wrong and what to do to take the title back?

    forgot to mention that after changing the permalink to month/name
    edit the url manually and I type the name of the current page….
