Header text in top of website as per menu item

  • I want to add a position above my header i.e. as soon as the <body> tag starts, this position will have on line of text.

    I want it to be different for each menu itme(.i.e. when I go to home page it should be different when I go to about us it should be different)

    I am completely new to wordpress.

    How will I do this?
