Header Text Color not changing

    Hi, I can’t get the header text color to change. I change it under Customizing -> Colors -> Header Text Color. It changes on the page displayed under Customizing but when I look at the page in another tab, it is still blue.
    Also, Is there a way to get the tagline to display like the Header text, as in not in it’s own text box? If not, is there a way to change the text box color?
