header .swf missing in posts – Sandbox

I have a navigation .swf in my header.php file. It shows fine on the roll, but is missing when you navigate to a specific entry. I wouldnt mind, but it shows a white rectangle, which is strange because I have the #nav background set to light blue as well as the background within the .swf?
