Header style and info won’t change

I’m using the plugin. It came pre-packaged with a theme. I had originally downloaded 2.7 with this theme but there was a bug and I reverted to 2.6, (which was packaged in the zip for the theme). The color settings change, but the header settings and info do not, no matter which ones or how much I change them. I can’t change the style of the header or the email and phone contact info in the header. I may have a similar problem with contact info in the footer, but that’s not as big of an issue.

Any ideas?
