Header Sticky option not showing

Hello,

I got a brand new installation of WordPress today with Phlox and Elementor. I switched back to Legacy Headers since I’m not planning on buying Elementor Pro for this site, and I couldn’t find another way of creating menu templates, but I can no longer find the option for “sticky header”.

How do I toggle this feature on? Even CSS hacking is fine if there is a solution, as I’m not sure why it got removed.
