Header slider don't work

    Hi
    This Ascent theme is cool and I installed it(v2.0.3) on March 15, 2016.
    However, header default image (woman image) is fixed and I can’t change it to any other images. Also header slider doesn’t work.
    Can you give me advise or help me?

    Hi, I resolved this problem right now after changing front page displays ‘a static page’.

    Hi, I am not sure, but I think you can try to set up like below.

    Go to->
    settings/reading settings/front page displays/choose ‘a static page’, and then select page in frontpage box that you created and press ‘save changes’ button

    maybe you will be able to set up slider images.

    nope had all that set up myself but still not working. Am I missing something.I had wp set up on MAMP.
    Help folks I like this theme.
