Header size got smaller, not high enough

Hello people!
Me again, oh gods. My header was ok in the test site, but when I changed to the real thing it became smaller, almost a title bar with image. I went to the test site and in customize there height is blank. In the final site I get a max of 250px (desktop).
I deleted the image and imported another, bigger, and have the same result
Is this the only height possible? What I’m doing wrong this time?
I want a header almost the size of yours in the page in library, the image that says: “The most Customizable..”
