Header removal and logo stretching

  • I am considering using this theme instead of my current theme to integrate better with Woocommerce.

    On the preview of my site in this theme there are a couple of things I would like to know if I can change easily once installed and activated.

    1.) Can I removed the site title and subtitle to shoe just the logo as a header – if so; how would I do this

    2.) The logo despite sizing to the recommended 1018 x 250 pixels appears stretched. Is there a better sizing I can make so this won’t happen?

    3) What font it this site using, is there a way to change it?

    My site is Justkeeppinning.com although I do not at current have this theme installed.

    1 & 2. There is option for Logo AND Custom Header. You uploaded your logo as Custom Header but you can upload it as logo via WordPress dashboard – Appearance – Theme Options. Once you will enable logo via Theme Options then you will be able to get of title and tagline.

    3. This theme uses Helvetica for body font and Ubuntu for titles. There is no option to change font via Theme Options or WordPress dashboard in general but you can always change font by using custom CSS.

    Just made the switch.

    Is there anyway of adding the search to the header under the social media icons?

    Also the elements are still in the default colour despite changing them to C92228?

    Are you using a child theme or a custom CSS plugin?

    Believe I am using a child theme … I have just switched themes from Lupercillia

    I cannot see a child theme active on your site.

    Ok, so what does this mean? Sorry I am not familiar with the lingo.

    It means you will have do do some coding and CSS yourself first. Have a look at the first link I posted above.
