Header pushing down body

So I used Elementor free version to make two different transparent headers – one for “Home” and another for the other pages. The problem is that the Elementor header is pushing down the rest of the content – an issue that doesn’t happen when I use the default Ocean WP header.
From the Elementor editor if I set a -100 margin on the body, the header overlaps with the body, but is this the right way to do it? Why does the default header overlap nicely, but not the Elementor one?
