Header Promotion: Still Not Working

  • I’ve tried for a day now to get this “Big Feature” to work with no avail. I followed all the directions needed to fix from other threads and it’s not working. I have the latest theme and wordpress versions. Not sure what’s going on. The url for the image works, I’ve added the custom field editor to the posts, the theme options are all configured, the featured little image works, but that’s it.

    Nothing on the large section. Anyone else have to go through this?

  • Hi there- I had the same thing happen to me today and I researched it and made some changes. Try deactivating the Jetpack and deleting it out of your plugins. I made sure all of my plugins were deactivated too. I then went to the post I had done and went to edit. Go to the Screen Options drop down and it should be there. What a cluster – I spent 3 hours on it – unfortunately I love this theme and didn’t want to leave it (perseverance pays off) Good luck!

    Oh and I probably shoud have added….
    You need to put the word screen under the name and the url should be the link that is presented at the bottom in your medial library. Just do a straight copy and pasted.
