Header Problem
-
The header doesn’t seem to load CSS anymore. The layout looks perfect when I open the header in the theme builder/editor, but it’s a complete mess on the frontend. Since the page in the provided link is a live site, I had to temporarily disable the header.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@kwmde You only need to rollback Elementor regular version, Elementor Pro works fine.
@filmpuls Rollback seems to work for you, I see the header. Plus… Great site, I like it.
@thegentatwpforum That’s incorrect – what you’re seeing is a backup (including SQL) from two days ago. But thanks for the compliment on the site ??
So many people don’t use backups, it always amazes me why so many take risks.
I use Updraft even for plugin updates and it is really a lifesaver.Hi.
Elementor team has anounced a patch release, Elementor 3.21.2:
https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/28671#issuecomment-2348833215
What a day!
My headers still load in a strange way, showing each part of the menu with a bullet point as the page loads. Looks quite ugly.
Try Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS for the bullet points issue
Yeah, done that 3 times, cleared my cache too, doesn’t seem to help.
Hi there,
Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro). If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Also you can go to?Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data. This will rebuild the CSS and JavaScript files for Elementor. Now, if you’re using a caching plugin (like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, etc.), clear your site’s cache.
Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings > features
Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:.
- Inline Font Icons?– This experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance
I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind regards,

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us again.
If you upgraded your core version to 3.24.2 and are still having issues, please try to clear all types of cache.
I suggest following this method one by one by on focusing on method 2:
Method 1: This can easily be fixed by going to WP admin > Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS.
Method 2: Please make sure that you clear all forms of cache including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help to clear the server cache).
Method 3: Clear Browser cache or check the site in a private/incognito window.
Looking forward hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Hello @miloss84,
I regularly clear all caches through the WP Engine portal. I also clear the cache through WP Rocket. Besides checking my website’s front end through my dashboard, I also always check it using an incognito window. Everything is working fine now. Thank you for your help.
