Header placement out

Im stuck, In Internet Explorer my header on the home page is way over to the left see : https://shariamos.co.nz/creative_soul/ but on my sites pages it is in the correct spot see: https://shariamos.co.nz/creative_soul/?page_id=26
I cant figure out why my site is doing this, my CSS is here: (please help if you can) thank you, Kylie
