• Hi
I am using the Twenty Eleven template.

Is it possible to have different images on different pages in the position of the header as would appear on the home page? So a different picture in the Header space when other pages are selected?

If not does Twenty Eleven support a rolling picture option across the header?

    Many thanks
    M

Yes. You can use the featured image functionality to upload a 1000px by 288px image that will act as the header for that Post or Page.

No. You would need to install a plugin for this.

    Thanks Esmi
Found the featured picture and insert in post options.

    Another question or two…

The widgets – can they be different on each page?

I the para of the Twenty Eleven description below detailed anywhere?

…and a custom “Ephemera” widget to display your Aside, Link, Quote, or Status posts. Included are styles for print and for the admin editor, support for featured images (as custom header images on posts and pages and as large images on featured “sticky” posts), and special styles for six different post formats.

The contact page – I cant edit it, I referred to Small Biz, not the template Im using (but was going to a the start).

    thanks

    Thanks again
I’ll take a look at the widgets link.

Re the contact page, I’ve gone to Appearance, Editor and am on the “edit themes” page with templates on the left hand side.
I can’t see a template for Contact or Find us tenmplate.

Is this in relation to the Twenty eleven theme? If not, please post a new topic.
