Header Photo Not Cropping Properly

I took a look at the FAQ section on the Post Thumbnail Editor plugin’s page and, in cases where the plugin doesn’t work as expected, the plugin’s author suggests disabling other plugins one by one to see if there is a conflict. They also suggest reporting trouble to the plugin’s support forum or its GitHub repository.

If the above suggestions don’t help, you could try another plugin. Take careful note of each plugin’s rating and compatibility information when choosing which ones to experiment with:
