Unfortunately, your questions has little to do with OptionTree. What you’re asking is a theme specific CSS question and should be directed at the author of your theme. OptionTree by default doesn’t control the CSS of your theme in the way you’re asking. What it does do is give theme developers a way to quickly create specific controls, and those controls manipulate the themes styles and features. The execution of those controls, or lack there of in this case, is out of the scope of support. Sorry, and I hope the author of your theme helps you sort this out.
