Header overlapped by toolbar

Hi, I created a header using html and a plugin that place my header on top in everypage. Everything works fine, the dropdown menu too, but the header is hidden by the toolbar, and when I close the toolbar to see the header, the header starts overlapping the page contents. I tried adding a margin both via html and with elementor options, but nothing seems to work. It gives me this problem only here on wordpress and I’ m not able to fix it, can someone help me?
