    Hi @yoimkevinnguyen

    Thanks for posting.

A quick reminder that all WordPress themes and plugins completely overwrite their own folder during updates. To make your changes update safe you’ll need to move them into a child theme. You can leave it as is but if you ever run a theme update, all changes will be lost.

Your logo looks normal on my side. I’m not quite sure what the issue is there. Is the blur effect you’re using supported by the browser and operating system you’re using on the other device? You could also try clearing the KeyCDN cache in the KeyCDN control panel.

Nope it’s still not working. When I log off my account, the header image reappears again instead of the text blue animation.

Assuming this is on the same computer and the same browser then the cause for a difference between logged in vs logged out view is almost always caching. In theory, there could be differences in assets loaded logged in and not logged out but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. Your logo loads normally (as you want it to) on my side using Chrome. If you have any caching plugins running, those should be cleared. If your hosts having caching, like GoDaddy do, for example, you can try clearing that cache. Not sure what else to advise at this stage.

How do I clear the KeyCDN cache? Where is the control panel?

Login to your KeyCDN account > Zones > Manage > Purge.
