    Hi,
    today I noticed that my search widget is no longer visible in the header area. The header area seems to be obscured by the menu. Is that due to the new version? Can one fix this somehow? Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    There doesn’t appear to be any widgets in your Header Sidebar. Please confirm.

    Thank you,

    Oliver

    Sorry, I deleted the widget. Now it’s here again. In the mobile view it is visible. In the desktop view the menu on the top obscures the header sidebar. Since which release? I don’t know.
    Thank You for help. ??

    OK, I can see what’s happened. The Navigation Bar has a high z-index now as it wasn’t able to stay above some quite standard items in the content (like maps, etc). Plus the header sidebar isn’t usually positioned above the nav bar. So in your situation, this CSS added to “Customizer – Additional CSS” should fix the issue …

    #header-sidebar.top-right {
    z-index: 1002;
    }

    Let me know. Thanks.
