  • Hello itsmigue,

Thank you for reaching out! To help you resolve the issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Clear Cache: Clear all cache from your website, including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (e.g., Cloudflare). If you use a Cache/Optimization plugin, try disabling it temporarily.
    2. Regenerate CSS: Regenerate the CSS and sync the library using this link.
    3. Reset Permalinks: Reset your permalinks by selecting a random structure, saving it, and then reverting to your previous structure.
    4. Update Everything: Ensure Elementor, Elementor Pro, ElementsKit Lite, your theme, and all other plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    5. Conflict Test: Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor and deactivate all plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit. Reactivate plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.

Let us know if this resolves the issue!

    Best regards,
    Ikbal
