When I try to upload the image from the computer it is not working, I get to crop image, but there is no image to crop. I have tried different computers, saved the image in different file formated etc, but I don’t seam to be able to upload a custom picture? I have just reinstalled wordpress because I moved hosting services and for some reason that the hosting service cannot explain when we did the file transfer it seemed to corrupt many features. I never had a problem uploading my custom logo in the past. Is there anyone that can help me please?

Try checking your site’s error logs for a specific error message. Your host should be able to assist you with this.

    Hi Esmi,

Thank-you very much for responding so promptly. I have taken a while to get back to you because I contacted my hosting provider who said that wWordpress is a third party programme, which they do not support. I would be so grateful if you could please tell me where I can find my site’s error logs. I am really quite stressed because with the previous WordPress installation I no problem uploading at all. Thank-you. Jenny

WordPress does not create error logs under normal circumstances. They are, however, collated by your server, so you need to ask your hosts for access to them for your site.
