Header not visible

    I currently run a site that was built by another developer. There are a lot of coding issues, but everything was working just fine until yesterday. When I visit the site the header and the social icons are missing from the top of the site. Actually, they are there. When you roll over where they should be they pop up, but they aren’t visible without a roll over. I have no idea what caused this and really could use some help. site is https://michellephan.com

    Not entirely because that says it can’t find the files, which I can see are missing on the back end, but if you scroll over where they should be they do appear in purple. Which makes me think they aren’t missing. I am seeing some weird CPU info for my site, could this warning cause the files to not show?

    And now today, the entire login disappeared from the admin page.
