Hello there, I have installed Elements Kit and created a header. However, the header is not appearing on my website even though I have activated it. I have tried deactivating the plugins and activating them one by one, but it did not solve the issue. Can someone please help me with this?

I was with the same issue.

Try to change your Pages Model from ELEMENTOR CANVAS to ELEMENTOR FULL WIDTH. It worked to me.

    HI Tatitas,

Thanks for contacting us and apologize for the delayed response.

If the page layout is Elementor Canvas, The header will not be displayed. Please change the page layout to Elementor Full Width. The header will show.

If the header is still not showing, you can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.

To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementskit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one and continue checking the issue In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.?

Let us know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, we will take a closer look at this issue and help you find a solution as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Amir

Something similar happens to me, I can’t see the Header on the Home page. Try disabling plugins, changing Elementor options (Experiments and Features > Inactive: Hello Theme Header & Footer) and from Hello Theme Settings (Disable cross-site header & footer)

With this I managed to have it displayed on all the pages but not yet on the home page, that is, while I am logged in to the desktop administrator, the HEADER looks perfect throughout the site, when I log out it is corrupted in the Home

    Hi @spidxel,

Sorry for the inconvenience you have had. It would be great if you share the website like or share any visual example like screen-cast of the issue.

Please follow the above reply regarding the conflict test. Also, clear all kinds of cache from your site and browsers including object cache from the hosting server you’re using. Sometimes it happens due to the object cache.

Let us know your update, please.

    Kind Regards
