Header Not Showing on Mobile

    I am just getting started with customization of the Gutenverse Zeever template (nice simple-looking template!). I am having an issue with the Header section not showing on mobile (iOS 15.7). It was showing fine until…well, I THINK the issue started when I added (and then deleted) a Menu item on the WP backend and a Navigation Menu block within the Zeever template. In any case, any ideas what’s happening here? Thank you in advance.

    hi trackworks, are you trying to reset your header to the original state?

    if that so, you can do it by visiting your template list. you can go here :
    https://trackworks.us/wp-admin/site-editor.php?postType=wp_template_part

    and you will find header, when you hover it, you will notice button with 3 dot. click it and clear customization. it will reset the header to its original state from the themes. if after you clear the customization, but the content still not back to original state, try to refresh the page.

    Thank you, this worked! However, I now see a hamburger menu button in the top-right corner on mobile. I can’t seem to find where in the Zeever template I can remove/disable the mobile hamburger menu button. I will not be using multiple pages on my website and do not require that button.

    Can you help me understand how to remove that button?

    Are you want only to use the logo image and heading in the header? Have you not added a logo and heading before, then the header became hidden?

    If yes, I don’t think it will be a problem if you delete the navigation block now. Previously, your header became hidden because there was no element in the header, so the height was reduced until completely hidden.

    Or the other solution, you can use our hide tablet and mobile options. Click the hamburger menu (navigation block) on the tablet preview. Then enable the Hide Tablet and Hide Mobile options in the Display section.

    I notice you can remove the hamburger menu using the Display settings. If you have issues, feel free to open another ticket.
