Header not showing

    I installed your plugin, set it to display on the entire website and created my header. Is there something else I need to do to make the header appear?? Surely setting it to display on the entire website should be all that is needed.

    The header should appear when the settings are set to the entire website.

    Please make sure that the Select Users option is set to ALL.
