Header not showing….

I downloaded a new customized theme and i see the theme activated and it showes however everything but the header is not showing (https://www.allaboutthea.com/wordpress)….in the style.css i see where the image header should be so i put a header in my images folder and when i go directly to the url i see the header (https://www.allaboutthea.com/images/bg_01.jpg)..but still wont show when i look at the whole theme ..HELP!
