header not found

Hello,

I’m using the free tutor-lms plugin, specifically the OWLY theme and when I click on any of the dashboard options, another page opens up with no header. so my question is how to make the header beeing shown up.

Note: php version 7.4
when i activate the default theme of wordpress, the header is automatically displayed
