header not displaying properly

I changed my header picture through cPanel (I left the file name and jpeg image the same), now my header does not display properly at all. I am supposed to have my logo on the left, with a phone number and sign up for our newsletter on the right. You can barely see the sign up for our newsletter at the top right of the screen. What did I do wrong?
