is behind a coming soon page. Don’t think anyone can help you figure out why your menu isn’t showing up and what kind of layout alignment issues you have without seeing your source HTML and CSS.

The screen capture is pretty, but not very helpful. Maybe after providing access to your page, you can also mark up your nice screen capture with annotations of what you want your page to look like (i.e., what alignment issues you want fixed).
