This could be just me, bot don’t think so. Let me know if I’m wrong.

The header, including sticky, is not behaving correctly since the last update. In mobile view, on phone, the top 20% or so of the header is not showing up on the mobile screen. This happens both with sticky header enabled and disabled.

Even when using the scroll to top feature it does not bring the page/post all the way to the top of the page and the header is still not shown in in full view.

If I remember correctly, the header was appearing in full both with sticky & non-sticky enabled before the theme update.

Perhaps I’m missing something but don’t think so since it was working ok before.

    Please advise,

    Thanks!

  • Hey @wordmax

Would you be able to post the website’s URL so we can check out what’s happening?

    Thanks!

Sure. Is there a way I can tell you without posting the site publicly? If so, I’ll let you know. Thanks

    Hello @wordmax

Yes, you can send it at [email protected].

    Hey @wordmax

We’ve replied through our e-mail on there, but it seems that you haven’t responded just yet. When you submitted the ticket, you only put this thread’s URL in it, without the actual website ??

    Hi Eduard,

I experimented disabling plugins and testing one at a time. It turns out that I had some bad code being inserted (my mistake!) using Ad Inserter plugin. So I removed my bad html that was being inserted and the issue with the sticky header was fixed immediately.

Interesting that the issue was only affecting the header on some not all of the pages on the site. Oh well. It’s resolved.

p.s. Thanks for your help. You guys have awesome support! 5 STARS ??
