Header navigation disapears when "Archives filter" is enabled

In versions earlier than 1.0.9
I have have used a method to add some query attributes to filter the results of the Archive page in a wrong way.
I think I’ve finaly identified it and (hopefully) fixed it.
Please make an update and feedback.Thank you for using the plugin.
