    Hello,

We are using cartflows with woocommerce, we are using Avada theme.
on our checkout and thank you page, our site header isn’t showing.

I’ve tried everything. Header display is selected in the page settings, yet the header still doesn’t display.

As you do not support Avada we chose the Elementor theme, so are using an elementor cartflow template at the moment. It looks great, the footer is showing but the site header navigation is missing.

Any idea how I can get the Avada header that shows on the rest of my site to show on the two cartflow steps? (Checkout page and thank you page?)

    Thanks

    Gary

    Hello @elextric!

    Thank you for contacting us!

If you want to add the theme’s header & footer on the CartFlows pages then you can add it by changing the page template to “Default Template”.

This setting is present on the CartFlows page’s setting in the backend. To change it goto your flow -> Click on the edit button and on the right side under the name “Post Attribute” change the template to the Default. Check this image for the reference: https://cl.ly/82c11546c557

This will automatically add your theme’s scripts & styles including the header & footer too.

Please let me know in case you have more question.
    Happy to help.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your help. I tried that, it did add the header back but unfortunately destroyed the template form. All the styling broke.

Maybe this is because we are using Avada as our theme, and the template is in Elementor? not sure. The page looks fine when I choose ‘Cartflows boxed’ as the template, but it is missing the header. But when I change the template to ‘default’ the header appears on the page but all the form styling breaks!

    Can you suggest anything else?

    Many thanks!

    Gary

    Hello @mvishal71

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Let me tell you that, by default CartFlows does not loads the theme’s scripts & styles as well as header & footer if the page template is set to “CartFlows-Box” or “Template for the Page Builder”.

So, if you want to enable the page template on your CartFlows pages then you have to change the page template to “Default”. This will load all the theme’s scripts & styles including the header & footer.

Here is the article which will help you.

    I hope this helps you.

Feel free to get in touch in case you need more assistance.
