Header missing?

  • When I tried to install to the latest version today, it appeared that the header was missing? So, I could see the plugin via ftp in the content but not in my dashboard. Any idea?

  • When I tried to install it yesterday 6-9-2011 the header was missing. I deleted it through FTP and reinstalled- same problem. I then deleted the folder for this plugin again, deleted the plugin off of my computer, re-downloaded just to have the same error invalid header.
