    We have an issue related to the site linked where all header items (menus and doofinder search) aren’t visible until we clear the cache under Site Tools.

    Do you know any bug related to this or an approach to understanding this behavior…?and solving it?

    It’s really annoying having to clear the cache every time some user noticed it to us.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Fernando,

    I see that your site is using a theme that has both mobile and desktop versions of the site. One of the menu divs has this class that makes indicates it is hidden by default on mobile:

    class=”whb-row whb-top-bar whb-sticky-row whb-with-bg whb-without-border whb-color-light whb-flex-equal-sides whb-hidden-mobile”

    This may be causing the problem. If this menu is cached in our dynamic cache and then requested from a desktop browser, the menu will not appear.

    We have a setting in the WordPress admin >> SiteGround Optimizer >> Caching >>Browser-specific Caching. Toggling on this setting will create a separate cache for mobile and desktop users, and the problem should no longer occur. After toggling the feature, you must clear your website’s cache and Cloudflare’s cache.

    Thank you @pdosev

    I’ll activate the setting and see it the issue persists or not ??

    Hello Fernando,

    If the option does not help, you can try disabling other front-end optimization you have enabled for your site, like CSS and JS, as they are usually the ones causing this. Stopping them in batches can help you determine which option is causing the problem on your site.

    If the problem persists, we will need access to the website and to change the plugin’s settings to test our solution. Unfortunately, we can’t do this through the forum, thus, please submit a ticket to us through your User Area, and we can check this further.
