My header menu is corrupted, I am unable to set the header menu on my website. Despite configuring as previously the field entries will not populate despite following all the paths that allow the setting of a header menu such as home. I am using Cyberchimps Responsive pro theme and have been for some time with no problems.

Can you please let us know the exact option which is not working in the customizer?

Also, can you please share the screenshots for this issue? It will help identify the issue and provide you with a possible solution.

Hi adwait21 I am unsure as to how to do a screenshot on the message reply. It is the menu paths that are corrupted, the fields that are normally populated to make a menu the header view do not stay populated. The menu appears at the website header in a jumbled format. This happens on every option that is available for making a menu form for the header. Thank you for replying.

Hi adwait21, now that I know who you are it makes it easier to reply. The issue with the Theme Responsive pro Theme was with the header menu creation. when a menu was created and considered to be the header the field that needed populating would not keep the entry, it simply disappeared. While fault finding with adwait21 help I rolled back the Theme version, this had the menu header doing what it is supposed to do. Meanwhile on advice, I removed the theme and reinstalled a new download of the theme as supplied by adwait21. There is one procedure left to do, this is to import the customizer which was exported as a needs basis with a plugin. We are now waiting on checking the Website and its menu structure for any problems.
    Regards
