Since you didn’t include a link to your site I can’t properly diagnose the issue, but as a guess, you could try to add this CSS code to your styles:

   background:#000000;
}

Hmmm…. I don’t see the code applied on the page, but you could also just try to change the background for #nav-header.nav-container from transparent to black?

#nav-header.nav-container {
  background: #000000;
}
