Header menu scrolls problem

Hello,
I created one & multi page mix website on Colibri.
For example:
About | Contact | Join Form
About: https://example.com/#about
Contact: https://example.com/#contact
Join Form: https://example.com/join-form
* When I click on the menu while on the Join Form page, the top menu scroll up.
What is the reason of this?
